Capacité des services de dialyse

Le Réseau rénal de l’Ontario réalise des évaluations de la capacité pour orienter la planification de l’infrastructure de traitement des maladies rénales chroniques. Notre modèle de planification de la capacité prévoit une croissance du nombre de personnes qui auront besoin d’une dialyse d’entretien en Ontario au cours des 10 prochaines années. La croissance prévisionnelle diffère d’un programme rénal régional à l’autre.

Ce graphique en bâtons présente le nombre prévisionnel de patients qui suivront une dialyse d’entretien en Ontario (tous types de dialyse confondus) au cours des exercices financiers 2017-2018 et 2027-2028.

En 2017-2018, 12 344 patients sont sous dialyse d’entretien en Ontario et ce nombre devrait passer à 15 645 d’ici 2027-2028.

Ce graphique en bâtons présente le nombre prévisionnel de patients qui recevront une dialyse d’entretien dans chaque programme rénal régional au cours des exercices financiers 2017-2018 et 2027-2028.

La croissance prévisionnelle la plus importante concerne Trillium Health Partners, qui devrait passer de 462 patients sous dialyse d’entretien à 1 236 d’ici 2027-2028. La croissance prévisionnelle la plus faible concerne l’Hôpital de Timmins et du District, qui devrait être nulle au cours de la période visée.
