KidneyWise has been updated. Changes include:
- updated algorithm to incorporate the latest evidence, including:
- addition of First Nations, Inuit and Metis people
- changes to hypertension targets
- updated referral form to reflect changes to the indications for referral
- updated evidence summary
- new look and feel
- updated print-friendly algoirthm that can be used at the point of care
