Renal Network Data
We use a broad set of data and information to help us achieve our goals. The data we collect and analyze generates information that helps us:
- co-design and oversee clinical and quality initiatives
- reimburse Regional Renal Programs, Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) and Long-Term Care homes for helping people do dialysis in hospital and at home
- plan for provincial infrastructure needs
- measure improvements in access to chronic kidney disease care
- measure the quality of care for Ontarians at risk of and living with chronic kidney disease
