Reporting Frequency	Monthly
Directionality	Higher is better
Denominator	Inclusion: Individuals who are receiving chronic dialysis at the end of each month Exclusion: Those without a valid Ontario health card number Those who had a positive PCR test in the last 90 days Those who self-identify as First Nations, Inuit and Métis
Numerator	Among the individuals in the denominator, those who have received a bivalent vaccine at the end of each month.

Considerations	Chronic dialysis patients are defined as those who are receiving in-centre dialysis or home dialysis training at the end of each reporting month. This may include some patients who have acute kidney injury.
