Glomerulonephritis Specialty Clinic Referrals

Six Glomerulonephritis (GN) Specialty Clinics across Ontario can provide specialized care, and support and educate healthcare providers to care for people with glomerulonephritis.

They can help provide patients with access to a multidisciplinary team to help treat and manage their kidney disease. Glomerulonephritis Specialty Clinics are made up of:

  • Nephrologists
  • Nurses
  • Pharmacists
  • Dietitians
  • Social workers

 

Referring Patients

If you are a nephrologist at a Regional Renal Program, you may refer patients to a Glomerulonephritis Specialty Clinic as required.
